Cement and Mining

These equipment require a deep understanding of welding, proper selection of raw materials, significant amount of machining and a proper project management team

FABRICATION
Marking, cutting, setup, welding, assembly, sandblasting and painting of entire structures
MACHINING
Milling, Boring, Drilling, Turning all operations done in-house. Besides this, we also carry out heat treatment and stress relieving of materials
PROCUREMENT
Procurement of Carbon Steel, EN8,EN9, EN24, Phosphor Bronze, SAIL HARD and other materials done from reputed suppliers
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
With over 20 sub-assemblies having 15-20 components, we use tools like MS Project and Google sheets to track Procurement, Fabrication and Machining
