ABOUT
The company
John Galt International manufactures defence systems under transfer of technology and against design authorities that do not shop abroad for a second source. Work sits with VRDE and ADRDE for land and air equipment, and with DMDE / BARC / CQAE where the platform is naval nuclear.
The through-line is not a catalogue. It is absorption certificates, type approval, station-level install, and — on the LTA ion exchangers — a fifth-generation repeat. That is the firm an investor is looking at: qualified, indigenous, already inside the programme.
INFRASTRUCTURE
Works and install crews
Pressure plant
ASME Section VIII Division 2 fabrication for naval ion-exchange vessels — forming, weld, heat treatment, hydrostatic and pneumatic test on the same floor.
Heavy fabrication
Trailer decks, stub-axle lines, hydraulic ramp and outrigger assemblies for the 70 t full trailer. Shelter sandwich-panel work for the EMS line.
Field install
Runway civil, mechanical and electrical crews for arrester barriers — foundation through energy-absorber set, plus quarterly AMC across IAF stations.

Clearances and work we take on
Design
Concept, detailed design and analysis to the customer’s specification. Drawings and binding data issued before metal is cut.
Technology transfer
Manufacture under licensed Transfer of Technology from DRDO laboratories. Type approval and production registration where the service requires it.
Quality assurance
Stage inspection, NDT, works acceptance tests and despatch clearance. ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 on the company system.
Life-cycle support
Spares, preservation, installation, commissioning, annual maintenance and repair through the service life of the equipment.

Expandable Mobile Shelter
VRDE ToT. Folds to a 6 m shelter on a 6×6; opens both sides to about three times the working volume.

70 T Tank Transporter
Full trailer for an Arjun-class MBT. 12.5 × 3.8 m deck, ten stub axles, hydraulic bi-fold ramps.
